Rachel Kolbinsky Oliver is a medical doctor specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. She is currently working at OGA Women’s Health in Meridian, Idaho, and as an OB Hospitalist at St. Luke’s Heath System in Boise, Meridian, and Nampa, Idaho. She is also an OB Faculty member at the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho in Nampa, ID. Additionally, Rachel served as the Chair of the Dept. of Women’s and Children’s at St. Luke’s Nampa Medical Center and is an Associate Professor at WAMI School of Medicine, where she supervises medical students during their OB/GYN core rotation.

Dr. Oliver received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a Chemistry minor from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She then went on to complete her medical degree through the Fifth Pathway Program at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York, NY and Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Dr. Oliver completed her residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, VA, where she served as Chief Administrative Resident from 2012-2013. During her residency, she gained experience in a variety of areas including obstetrics, gynecology, reproductive endocrinology, and infertility.
Most recently, Dr. Oliver practiced at OGA Women’s Health in Meridian, ID, and is an OB Hospitalist at St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, Meridian, and Nampa, ID. She also serves as an Associate Professor at the WAMI School of Medicine, where she provides proctorship to medical students in the OB/GYN core rotation.
Dr. Oliver is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Gynecological Laparoscopy and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She has been recognized for her achievements in the field of obstetrics and gynecology with several awards and honors, including the Excellence in Minimally Invasive Surgery Award and the Extraordinary Resident Award.
Dr. Oliver is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to women of all ages. She takes pride in her ability to listen to her patients’ needs and concerns and work with them to develop individualized treatment plans.
